Our story

Against mass.
For craft.

Textile Studio AJPunkt was born as an alternative to repetitive mass production. We believe in small-scale making — where every piece carries intentional design, real materials, and lasting quality. Not more of the same. Something better.

The maker

Ana

Ana started AJPunkt in Berlin with a clear vision: to offer an alternative to fast fashion and mass-produced bags. Trained in textile design, she brings a maker’s precision to every seam, strap and closure — obsessing over both function and detail.

Every bag is cut, sewn and finished by hand in her Berlin studio. Small batches only. No shortcuts, no compromises.

The materials

No polyester.
Ever.

Working with natural materials is not a trend for us — it is the foundation of the brand. We use only cotton, linen, cork and natural rubber-based vegan leather. Zero synthetic fibres, zero polyester. Materials that breathe, age well, and return to the earth.

We also work with a curated selection of fabrics designed by women — supporting independent textile designers whose work reflects the same values we build into every bag.

Our values

Small scale.
High standards.

We produce in small runs because quality demands it. Each bag is a considered object — designed with intention, made with skill, and built to accompany you for years. Not seasons.

Sustainability, for us, is not a label. It means choosing natural materials, supporting independent designers, and refusing to make things that are meant to be thrown away.
